As an HR Consultancy Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to our clients, leading consultancy projects that focus on salary surveys, compensation benchmarking, and training program development and delivery. This is a client-facing leadership role ideal for a seasoned HR professional with strong consultancy experience and a passion for people and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end salary and compensation surveys, including benchmarking, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Design and deliver training and development programs tailored to client needs, from leadership development to employee engagement and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted HR advisor across multiple sectors.
  • Lead HR consultancy projects including HR audits, policy development, and organizational restructuring.
  • Conduct job evaluations and build pay structures in line with market trends and internal equity.
  • Oversee project teams to ensure quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing, client presentations, and participation in pitch meetings.
  • Stay abreast of labor market trends, HR best practices, and legal changes affecting HR operations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a consulting environment.
  • Proven expertise in salary surveys, compensation and benefits, and training program development and delivery.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development strategies.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and client management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, CHRP) is a plus.
