Overall Job Summary:

The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting recruitment and workforce data to drive informed hiring decisions, improve recruitment efficiency, and support strategic workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze end-to-end recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness)
  • Build dashboards and reports for hiring performance and pipeline health
  • Provide insights on talent trends, market intelligence, and competitor hiring activity
  • Support workforce planning through data modeling and forecasting
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements in hiring workflows
  • Ensure data integrity across HR systems (ATS, HRMS)

Requirements

  • Strong data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, Python or R)
  • Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Oracle)
  • Understanding recruitment funnels and talent metrics
  • Business acumen within a large-scale, high-volume hiring environment
