JOB DETAILS:
Background
QMCC is hiring for an HR Engagement Analyst on a remote basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and analyze employee engagement survey data and prepare actionable reports
- Support development and execution of engagement and recognition programs
- Act as the first point of contact for retail employee HR inquiries
- Coordinate training sessions and track completion status
- Prepare and present engagement metrics and insights to HR leadership
Requirements
- MBA with major in Human Resources or related field
- HR experience including engagement programs and generalist responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of Canadian employment laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office Suite, and Power BI
- Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with survey platforms and data visualization tools
- HR designation or currently working toward one
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: postgraduate degree
