HR Intern – Microfinance Company (Nairobi CBD)

Internship Opportunity | Immediate Start

Kazicloud Employ Limited is recruiting an HR Intern on behalf of a well-established microfinance institution based in Nairobi CBD.

This is an urgent opportunity for a motivated early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resource operations, with the possibility of confirmation into a permanent role after 3 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks
• Assist with recruitment coordination and candidate communication
• Help maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support onboarding and staff engagement activities
• Provide general support to the HR team as required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) is an added advantage

Internship Offer

• Monthly allowance: KES 15,000
• Duration: 3 months
• Opportunity for confirmation based on performance

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
