HR Intern – 2 Positions

Job Summary:
The HR Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day administrative and human resource activities while gaining practical experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment and interview coordination.
  • Support employee onboarding and documentation.
  • Update and maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with attendance and leave administration.
  • Prepare and organize HR documents and reports.
  • Respond to basic employee enquiries under supervision.
  • Support staff engagement and HR activities.
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by the HR team.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
