We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an HR Manager / Executive Assistant to the Founder. This dual role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both the strategic HR functions and the operational efficiency of our executive leadership.
Responsibilities
As an HR Manager / Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Overseeing employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
- Administering compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Providing high-level administrative support to the Founder, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the Founder.
- Managing special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Founder.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Experience Needed
A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR and executive support is required.
