We are seeking a proactive, hands-on HR Manager to manage the full HR function for our client. The role supports business growth by ensuring a structured, compliant, and high-performing work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and staff administration
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management
- Oversee HR operations, employee records, contracts, and HR systems
- Provide HR strategy support and workforce planning advice
- Coordinate performance management, staff training, and development initiatives
- Manage employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
- Handle labour relations matters including union engagement and compliance with labour laws
- Ensure compliance with the Employment Act and other relevant labour regulations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational needs
- Manage payroll inputs, staff records, and HR reporting
- Provide guidance to departmental heads on HR and workforce management issues
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- CHRP / Higher Diploma (IHRM) is an added advantage
- 5–7 years’ HR experience, including 2–3 years in a senior
- Strong background in labour relations and handling semi-skilled labour
- Excellent knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR compliance
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism
