JOB DETAILS:

Role Purpose

Providing HR leadership for a labour-intensive, project-driven business with ~90 employees.

Key Responsibility Areas:

Workforce Planning: Forecasting staffing needs for installation projects and managing headcount.

Operations & Attendance: Enforcing time-management systems for field-based and shift operations.

Performance: Setting KPIs linked to output, quality, and safety; managing PIPs.

Employee Relations: Leading disciplinary hearings, grievances, and ensuring compliance with Kenyan labour laws.

Welfare: Championing wellbeing and fatigue management for technical field teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Professional HR certification (IHRM, CHRP, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.

Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Proven experience with labour-intensive environments or field-based teams.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
