Responsibilities or duties
- Manage daily attendance tracking and end-to-end payroll processes.
- Handle disciplinary cases and facilitate positive employee relations across the organization.
- Oversee the management and compliance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for staff safety.
- Coordinate employee welfare programs to ensure a supportive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular meetings with client representatives to align on operational goals and feedback.
- Perform Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and coordinate professional development sessions.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the client to ensure smooth communication.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Ladies are ecouraged to apply
- Possess a Diploma in Human Resource Management or a relevant professional field.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is highly recommended.
- Demonstrate a minimum of one year of hands-on experience in HR administration.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build professional relationships.
- Maintain high proficiency in the use of HRIS applications and office software.
