Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to support our HR operations. In this role, you will play a key part in managing outsourcing activities, maintaining external liaisons, handling employee relations, and supporting various HR projects to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Outsourcing & Process Management: Oversee and support outsourcing activities, including attendance management, recruitment, and headcount tracking. Collaborate with outsourcing vendors to standardize operational workflows.

Employee Relations & Incident Reporting: Assist in managing employee relations cases and prepare accurate, timely incident reports when necessary.

External Liaison: Act as a coordinator for external communications and liaise with external partners or agencies to support business needs.

HR Projects & Support: Provide administrative and project-based support for various HR initiatives as directed by the HR Manager.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Experience: 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience (open to entry-level candidates with strong internship experience).

Key Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
