We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR and Admin Manager to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR and administrative functions, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

The HR and Admin Manager will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment lifecycle for core team (CSRs and CS Manager).
  • Compliance: Ensure full alignment with Kenyan employment law and regulations; manage PAYE, NSSF, SHIF, and statutory filings.
  • Administration: Oversee office procurement, vendor relations, and asset management.
  • Onboarding & Culture: Design onboarding processes and foster a high‑performance culture for 24/7 operations.
  • Performance Management: Implement KPI‑based performance and wage reviews.
  • Conflict Resolution: Mediate workplace disputes and conduct investigations per labor protocols.

Required Profile

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field; IHRM membership preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years in HR/Admin, ideally in iGaming, BPO, or fintech.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Kenyan labor laws, payroll systems, and Microsoft 365 (Excel proficiency essential).
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to coach and mediate diverse teams.
  • Health & Safety: Familiarity with OSHA requirements for office environments.
