We are sourcing for a HR representative who is well versed in payroll management and processing.

Recruitment & Onboarding: Posting job ads, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, conducting new hire orientations, and managing onboarding processes. Employee Records & Administration: Maintaining accurate employee records, processing HR-related paperwork, and managing employee files and databases. Payroll & Benefits: Assisting with payroll processing, managing employee benefits programs, and answering employee inquiries about compensation and benefits. Policy & Compliance: Helping to develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and upholding the company's code of conduct. Employee Support: Acting as a point of contact for employees on various HR matters, addressing concerns, and providing support and guidance. HR Projects: Participating in special HR projects, initiatives, and training programs to improve HR processes and employee experiences.

Experience in manufacturing set up will be an added advantage.

Bachelor's degree in related field
