Responsibilities or duties

  • Partner with business departments to provide HR support and help achieve business objectives.
  • Manage recruitment requirements and follow up on hiring for key positions.
  • Handle employee relations, including onboarding, offboarding, probation confirmation, labor relations, and employee communications.
  • Support the implementation of performance management, talent development, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Assist in promoting corporate culture and organizing employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain a close understanding of business team dynamics and provide effective HR solutions.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience; candidates with at least 2 years of HRBP experience are preferred.
  • Familiar with key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English as a working language is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Internet, consumer electronics, or manufacturing industries.
  • Previous team management experience.
  • Experience supporting overseas or international business operations.
  • Chinese language proficiency is a plus.
