Responsibilities or duties
Safety Culture Development and App Tracking:
- Learn and become familiar with the Safety Culture App and its functionality.
- Support rollout and implementation of the Safety Culture App.
- Track app usage and ensure HSE data is updated accurately.
- Analyze safety trends and generate reports for stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen safety culture through employee engagement and feedback mechanisms.
Incident Investigation Assistance:
- Participate in incident investigations.
- Document investigation findings.
- Assist in identifying root causes of incidents.
- Support development and tracking of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Prepare lessons learned and incident summaries for organizational sharing.
HSE Policy Familiarization:
- Gain knowledge of LTWP HSE policies and procedures.
- Learn permit-to-work systems and incident reporting protocols.
- Understand compliance requirements and safety procedures.
- Support awareness sessions and training for employees and contractors on HSE policies.
HSE Risk Assessments:
- Assist in conducting Job Safety Analyses (JSA).
- Participate in risk assessments.
- Support implementation of risk control measures.
- Help identify workplace hazards and mitigation actions.
Compliance and Audits:
- Assist in conducting internal HSE audits.
- Support compliance monitoring against LTWP standards and regulatory requirements.
- Document audit findings.
- Follow up on corrective actions arising from audits.
Data Collection and Reporting:
- Maintain HSE records and documentation.
- Prepare monthly HSE reports.
- Track incidents, near misses, and safety observations.
- Analyze HSE performance trends.
- Provide recommendations to improve safety performance.
General Support:
- Support daily HSE department operations.
- Participate in toolbox talks.
- Participate in wellness activities.
