BACKGROUND

KE0215 A.C.K. ST. PAUL'S CATHEDRAL C.D.C. is a Children Ministry under A.C.K. St. Paul's Cathedral Church-Embu in partnership with Compassion International. We are seeking qualified health professionals to conduct a health screening for our project participants aged 0-22 years and 15 survival mothers at KE0215 A.C.K. ST. PAUL'S CATHEDRAL C.D.C.

PROJECT EXPECTATIONS

  • Conduct health screening for 470 participants and 15 survival mothers
  • Fill in and certify all health forms for all participants and provide a diagnosis report for each participant.
  • Compile timely and comprehensive report both summary and analysis per participant and share the outcome of the exercise.
  • Give health talks to participants during the activity.
  • Conduct nutritional assessment including weight for height, MUAC, BMIs and 24hour diet recall and provide nutritional supplements when need arise.
  • Provide ABZ tabs to the participants during the activity
  • Provide vitamin A supplements to the participants
  • Give health talk to participants during the activity
  • Provide voluntary HTS services
  • Offer any RELEVANT medical SUPPORT and REFERRALS to the participants

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A team of qualified medical practitioners registered and licensed with relevant licensing bodies. The team MUST consist of:
  • A minimum working experience of 3 years in relevant fields of practice.
  • Conduct health screening for 470 participants and 15 survival mothers
  • Fill in and certify all health forms for all participants and provide a diagnosis report for each participant.
  • Compile timely and comprehensive report both summary and analysis per participant and share the outcome of the exercise.
  • Give health talks to participants during the activity.
