We are thrilled to announce an opening for the position of Human Resource Assistant at Fireside Group Ltd. Education and Experience - At least a Diploma or Degree in HR from a reputable institution

- Has at least 2-3 years work experience

- Proficiency in computer applications

- Analytical skills - Communication skills

- Interpersonal skills

- Team player Key Responsibilities:

- Consolidate staff needs and advise on staff competencies and skill gaps for intervention.

- Identify talents and special skills and propose a program for training, nurturing, coaching, and/or mentoring.

- Assist in tracking individual staff performance for intervention.

- Ensure successful onboarding of new employees.

- Monitor staff productivity and discipline and propose remedial action.

- Assist in coming up with employee welfare interventions and tracking their impact on the employees/company.

- Assist in drafting general correspondences pertaining to the HR department.

- Assist in conducting staff satisfaction surveys. - Ensure smooth operation of the HR department on a daily basis.

  • Assist in coordinating company CSR activities.
  • - Ensure proper documentation of HR records (e.g., training, general correspondences).
  • - Facilitate the resolution of employee grievances and escalate complex issues to the HR Manager.
  • - Coordinate performance review processes and assist in developing performance improvement plans.
  • - Manage the HR department’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, training sessions, and interviews.
  • - Administer employee benefits programs and address employee inquiries regarding benefits.
  • - Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws in all HR activities.
  • - Participate in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • - Provide clerical support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining HR databases.
  • - Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
  • - Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time
