JOB DETAILS:
SALARY: KES 35,000 - 45,000
LOCATION: NAIROBI AREA
All candidates must:
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional HR certification is an added advantage.
- 2–3 years of HR and administrative experience, preferably in an academic or service-based institution.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with professionalism.
- Ability to handle day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, staff records, and performance management.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
