Job Purpose

To lead culinary operations with a strong emphasis on wine-paired dining experiences, ensuring exceptional food quality and innovation in a wine-focused establishment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Create and execute wine-paired menus that complement the establishment’s beverage offerings.
  • Manage kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and efficiency.
  • Source quality ingredients and maintain inventory control.
  • Collaborate with management to develop culinary strategies aligned with the wine-focused theme.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven culinary experience, preferably in a wine-focused or upscale dining environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food and wine pairing principles.
  • Leadership skills with experience managing kitchen teams.
