Degree in Sales and marketing or a Business related field

10+ Years experience in FMCG Sales 5 of which should be in Modern Trade

Responsibilities

The Head of Modern Trade will be responsible for setting direction, leading teams, and delivering profitable growth across all Modern Trade channel. The role provides strategic leadership, commercial governance, performance management and operational oversight to ensure strong execution, disciplined trade management, and sustainable customer partnerships.
