Key Responsibilities:
- Drive loan portfolio growth, revenue generation, and market expansion.
- Lead sales, business development, and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships, including check-off and corporate relationships.
- Ensure achievement of disbursement, collections, and portfolio quality targets.
Must Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven track record in loan portfolio growth, sales management, and business development.
- Strong understanding of lending, collections, portfolio quality, and customer acquisition.
