All Candidates Must:

• Degree/Diploma in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Agribusiness, or related field.
• 4+ years progressive experience in commercial leadership within retail, FMCG, fresh produce, or distribution.
• Proven experience managing sales teams and multi-location operations.
• Strong financial & budgeting acumen.
• Demonstrated success in growing retail accounts and market share.
• Experience in fresh produce or perishable goods supply chain is highly desirable.
