KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee all spraying activities across the farm in line with the integrated pest management (IPM) strategy and production targets.

Develop weekly and monthly spray programs based on scouting reports, weather forecasts, and crop stage.

Ensure all spraying operations comply with label recommendations, Global G.A.P., MRL, and export market requirements.

Investigate and report any cases of chemical injury, environmental contamination, or equipment malfunction

Ensure all operators are equipped with proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow safety standards.

Maintain accurate and traceable records of all spray activities, including product usage, PHIs, and field coverage.

Coordinate with QC, Scouting, and Production departments to align spraying with other field operations.

Ensure accurate chemical mixing, correct dosage, and uniform application as per label recommendations and company SOPs.

Train new spray operators on safe chemical handling, mixing procedures, and personal hygiene.

Prepare and submit daily and weekly spray reports to the Production Manager.

Submit all procurement requests to the Farm Manager for approval after approval to procurement.
