Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree (MBA with a focus on Finance preferred).
• 10+ years of finance experience, with senior management roles.
• Experience in logistics/shipping industry beneficial.
• Proven leadership in finance team management.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams.
• Proficiency in accounting standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
