Background

DFT Group is hiring a Head of Growth & Client Partnerships to lead business growth strategies, develop strategic client partnerships and strengthen customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead business growth strategies, develop strategic client partnerships and strengthen customer relationships.

Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in enterprise sales, specifically within BFSI, FinTech, SaaS, or Consulting. Proven success in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. A strong executive presence paired with established C-level relationships. A Degree in Business, IT, or Finance; an MBA is preferred.
