Job Summary
The Head of Marketing & Sales is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth across all sales channels. You will lead strategy, execution, team performance, and ensure exceptional customer experiences both online and in-store 24/7. Your mission is to lead, strategize, grow, build brand love, and deliver unforgettable experiences across every channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue & Sales Accountability: Own and deliver sales targets, develop accurate forecasts, increase Average Order Value (AOV) & Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Channel Management & Growth: Oversee and scale all sales channels including Glovo, Walk-in Retail, Kilimall, Instagram, Shopify, Facebook, TikTok, and future digital platforms or B2B opportunities.
- Strategy Development & Execution: Build comprehensive marketing strategies, manage campaign calendars, launch new products, analyze trends, and drive brand partnerships & influencer collaborations.
- Customer Experience & 24/7 Responsiveness: Ensure excellent service across all touchpoints, maintain fast response times, handle customer complaints, manage online reviews, and drive customer satisfaction improvement.
- Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead, mentor, and align photography, content, posting, and strategy teams. Set clear KPIs, drive daily performance, and ensure strict brand consistency.
- Data, Reporting & Performance: Track critical KPIs, analyze marketing performance, prepare regular reports, and use data-driven insights to improve ROI and accelerate business growth.
Requirements & Key Attributes
- Experience: Proven leadership experience in marketing, sales, or e-commerce channel management.
- Attributes: Passionate about flowers, loves building brands, and possesses a strong hunger for measurable results.
- Core Skills: Strong understanding of multi-channel growth, digital advertising, data analytics, and customer experience management.
