Job Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute the organisation's brand and marketing strategy, ensuring consistency across all channels and business units.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns for healthcare and rescue services, driving customer acquisition and brand loyalty.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including content strategy, social media, website management, and performance analytics.
  • Manage sponsorships, partnerships, and brand activations to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Ensure brand compliance across all internal and external communication materials.

Customer Experience & Engagement

  • Define and implement customer experience strategies to improve satisfaction, retention, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Lead the customer service team in tracking, analyzing, and enhancing customer feedback channels.
  • Oversee complaint resolution frameworks, ensuring efficient escalation and service recovery.
  • Implement customer insights and research to continuously improve service offerings.
  • Champion a customer-centric culture within the organisation through training and employee engagement.

ESG, CSR & Corporate Impact Leadership

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction for the ESG & CSR Coordinator, ensuring alignment with the organisation's sustainability goals.
  • Oversee environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives, including sustainability reporting and regulatory compliance.
  • Strengthen community engagement programs, including healthcare outreach and employee volunteerism.
  • Integrate ESG principles into brand positioning, marketing, and stakeholder communication.
  • Develop partnerships with industry bodies, NGOs, and regulators to enhance corporate impact.

Strategic Communications & Public Relations

  • Oversee corporate communications, ensuring clear, consistent, and impactful messaging across all platforms.
  • Manage media relations, crisis communication, and public affairs to protect and enhance the organisation's reputation.
  • Develop thought leadership initiatives, positioning the organisation as a trusted authority in healthcare and ESG-driven impact.
  • Ensure alignment of internal communication strategies with corporate branding and employee engagement objectives.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing, brand, and customer experience teams, fostering high performance.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align marketing, experience, and ESG strategies with business objectives.
  • Engage key stakeholders, including customers, regulators, investors, and the broader healthcare ecosystem, to drive advocacy and partnerships.
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation for marketing, branding, and corporate impact initiatives.

Other Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in brand management, marketing, customer experience, or corporate affairs, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, customer insights, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communication.
  • Proven experience in ESG, CSR, or sustainability initiatives, integrating them into brand and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior executives to drive impact.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of data-driven decision-making and ROI-based marketing strategies.
