Key Responsibilities

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and budgets. This includes defining and positioning the lifestyle brand identity, leading the sales and marketing team to achieve 100% occupancy, and driving resident acquisition and retention strategies. The role also involves overseeing digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email), leading content creation (video, photography, storytelling), managing community engagement and resident events, establishing KPIs and track occupancy, engagement & ROI, and conducting market research & trend analysis.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business (Master's is a plus) and have 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience in Real Estate, Property Management, Hospitality, or Lifestyle marketing is required. Strong digital marketing & CRM expertise and proven team leadership experience are essential.
