Responsibilities or duties
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the Natural Beauty category strategy end-to-end (assortment, pricing, promotions, merchandising and profitability) and drive revenue and margin growth
- Lead, coach and scale a high-performing team while strengthening product knowledge and learning.
- Track local and global beauty trends, translate insights into action, and partner with marketing and supply chain to deliver commercially strong launches and campaigns
- Elevate the customer journey across in-store and e-commerce through consultations, tech-enabled tools and high service standards
- Champion ethical and sustainable sourcing
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years in retail category management, with 5+ years in beauty/cosmetics
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Analytical strength and experience with data tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics)
- Familiarity with beauty tech and digital retail, plus a future-focused mindset on sustainability
