Background
Mwananchi Credit Limited was incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act (Cap 486) of the Laws of Kenya. It initially started operations under the names Mwananchi Microlink Ltd which was incorporated on 15th April 2010. On 10th January 2012, it later changed its names to Mwananchi Credit Limited.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in product development, research, credit, or strategy within banking.
- Proven ability to take financial products from concept through approval to launch, ensuring strong performance post-launch.
- Strong skills in market and portfolio analysis, product pricing, and business case modeling.
