KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute retail strategies to drive sales and profitability.
• Oversee daily retail operations across all outlets.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and performance against targets.
• Lead, mentor and develop retail teams.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a retail leadership role.
• MUST have worked in the meat industry.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
