About the Role

Our client is a leading provider of innovative solutions in the FMCG sector. They are seeking to hire a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Sales – Sales Execution to lead their sales team and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.

Manage the sales budget and ensure profitability.

Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.

Oversee the execution of sales plans and ensure timely delivery of products/services.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.

Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the FMCG sector.

Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and execution.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership position.
