About the Role:

Linia Pipes LTD is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Head of Sales to lead their sales strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in pipe sales and team leadership within the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership:
    • Develop and implement sales plans to drive company growth.
    • Identify and secure new business opportunities and market segments.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team across regions.
  • Client & Market Focus:
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
    • Work cross-departmentally to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
    • Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • 8+ years in sales within the pipe manufacturing industry.
    • Proven success in exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills:
    • Leadership, team management, and interpersonal abilities.
    • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
