Longridge International School is expanding to Nairobi.

Longridge International School – Nairobi Campus

Cambridge Curriculum | Kindergarten to Elementary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Schools to lead our new campus, offering the Cambridge Curriculum from Kindergarten through Elementary.

The campus will also include a French section, offering French as a First Language alongside the Cambridge pathway.

This is a founding leadership opportunity for someone ready to build, structure, and grow a high-performing international school.

Education Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (required)
  • Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or School Administration (preferred)
  • Recognised teaching qualification
  • Cambridge leadership certification is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Kindergarten and Elementary divisions (ages 3–11)
  • Oversee Cambridge implementation and academic excellence
  • Supervise development of the French section
  • Recruit and manage staff
  • Drive enrolment growth and operational discipline
  • Work closely with the Founder and Board

Profile:

  • Proven leadership experience in a Cambridge or international school
  • Strong Early Years and Primary background
  • Structured, strategic, and execution-focused
  • Experience in bilingual settings is an advantage
