Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Officer at Kinetic Controls Limited Qualifications Diploma or Higher National Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in HSE within a construction, manufacturing, or industrial environment. Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or NCA (or equivalent recognized qualification). Strong knowledge of local and international HSE standards, including OSHA regulations. Excellent communication, observation, and reporting skills. Ability to train and influence others on HSE best practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Physically fit and willing to work on-site.
