QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Health Records & Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Relevant IT professional certifications
• Knowledge of laboratory standards and lab information systems
• Skills in database management, network security, and system integration
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and training abilities
• Ability to maintain system uptime and reliability
