JOB DETAILS:

Brookshine Schools is a leading learning institution committed to academic excellence and holistic learner development. We are located in Kamulu, near Joska, just off Kang'undo road. We are seeking to recruit teachers in a number of positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with Cambridge standards.
• Learner assessment: Design and administer assessments that evaluate learner progress, providing constructive feedback to support growth.
• Classroom management: Create a positive, inclusive, and well-structured learning environment that fosters discipline and collaboration.
• Holistic development: Integrate co-curricular activities and values to support learners’ social, emotional, and moral growth.
• Parental engagement: Communicate regularly with parents on learner progress, achievements, and areas of improvement.

Key qualifications, experience and skills required

• Applicants must be TSC registered.
• Have at least 5 years teaching experience - national or international curriculum.
• Experience in teaching the Cambridge curriculum is an added advantage.
• Applicants should be qualified to teach at least two of the subjects advertised.
• Applicants should be able to handle their subject combinations across key stage 2 - 4.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: bachelor degree
