Niles HR Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospital Accountant / Finance Supervisor to oversee accounting operations, maintain internal controls, ensure accurate financial reporting, support budgeting and audits, and provide financial analysis. Experience in hospital billing, insurance claims, and staff supervision is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- General ledger reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Hospital billing, invoicing, and collections management.
- Insurance claims processing and follow-up.
- Statutory compliance and tax obligations.
- Budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Staff supervision and capacity building.
- Data reconciliation and management reports.
- Process improvement and internal controls.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- CPA(K) or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years experience (hospital setting preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software, Excel, and HMIS.
- Strong communication, organization, and integrity.
