Join our team and help drive excellence in healthcare administration and leadership.
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
1. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Health Services Management, Business Administration, Nursing, Clinical Medicine or any other business or medical related field.
2. At least 4 years of progressive healthcare management or clinical leadership experience.
3. In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and administrative processes.
4. Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Experience with budgeting, financial and human resource management.
