Job Summary

The Hostess/Usher will create a warm first impression for guests by welcoming them, guiding them to appropriate areas, managing seating arrangements, and assisting with guest flow within the hotel and lounge.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly.
• Escort guests to tables, lounges, or designated areas.
• Manage seating arrangements during busy periods.
• Provide information about available services, menus, and facilities.
• Assist with reservations and guest inquiries.
• Monitor guest needs and coordinate with wait staff.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming appearance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Customer Service, or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous hostess, usher, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant and professional personality.
• Good organizational and customer-service skills.
