Job Summary
The Hostess is the first point of contact for guests and is responsible for creating a warm, professional welcome while managing reservations and seating arrangements to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
• Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables.
• Coordinate seating to maximize restaurant capacity.
• Answer guest inquiries professionally.
• Maintain the reservation and waiting list.
• Communicate with service staff regarding table availability.
• Ensure the reception area remains clean and presentable.
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
