Hostess
Job Summary
The Hostess will create a welcoming first impression by greeting customers, managing seating arrangements, and assisting guests throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers warmly.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements.
- Escort guests to their tables.
- Provide menus and communicate relevant information to guests.
- Monitor table availability and coordinate with waitstaff.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
Requirements
- Previous hospitality or customer-service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and professional personality.
- Well-groomed and customer-focused.
