Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Chef to join our hotel culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes that meet the hotel’s standards and guest expectations. You will assist in menu development, manage food stock, and ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and hygienically.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to the hotel's standard recipes.
• Assist in designing new menus and specials to attract guests.
• Manage food stock levels and place orders for supplies when necessary.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
• Enforce strict health and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
• Minimize food wastage and manage food cost percentages.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Culinary degree or relevant certification.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures.
• Food Safety and Hygiene certification.
