• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service excellence.
• Drive and implement strategic business growth initiatives.
• Lead, manage, and develop the hotel team.
• Maintain operational efficiency across all departments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, owners, and stakeholders.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• International 4-5 star hotel chain experience.
• Minimum 10 years of international hospitality experience.
• East Africa experience is an advantage.
• Strong labor union and employee relations experience.
• Hotel refurbishment and F&B experience preferred.
• Excellent owner and stakeholder relationship management.
• Hands-on, dynamic, and results-driven leader.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Hospitality or related field.
