Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel services. This role is crucial in ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all hotel departments, including F&B, housekeeping, front office, and guest services.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of hotel staff.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with other ship departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the cruise industry or luxury hotel sector.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent understanding of hotel operations, including F&B, housekeeping, and guest relations.
  • Proficiency in relevant hotel management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
