Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter to provide excellent service to our hotel guests. Your primary role is to take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and present menus.
• Make recommendations based on the menu and daily specials.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly.
• Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints politely.
• Set up tables with silverware, glassware, and linens.
• Process payments and handle cash/card transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area.

Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma.
• Previous serving experience in a hotel/restaurant preferred.

• Ability to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays.
