Our client in the hospitality industry seeks to hire a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations across multiple areas and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction.

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of housekeeping staff across all areas
• Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and maintenance standards are consistently met in all departments
• Monitor and inspect guest rooms, public areas, laundry, gardens, spa, and swimming pool areas
• Oversee laundry operations, including collection, washing, drying, ironing, and linen inventory
• Manage gardening and outdoor maintenance to ensure attractive and safe surroundings
• Ensure spa and pool areas are clean, safe, and stocked with necessary supplies
• Train, supervise, and motivate housekeeping staff
• Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment, chemical, and supplies
• Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless service delivery
• Maintain records, reports, and inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment
• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and handle pressure effectively
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Proficient in MS Office and inventory management

• Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality Management or related field
• 3-5 years' experience in housekeeping, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
