Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in maintaining exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction standards across all guest rooms and public areas. This position requires hands-on management, strong communication, and a passion for excellence in hospitality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of room attendants, cleaners, and laundry staff.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure high cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver outstanding service.
• Prepare daily work schedules and manage housekeeping inventories and supplies.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2–3 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role (hotel or resort experience highly preferred).
• Strong leadership, team coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
