A leading 5-Star Hotel is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Floor Supervisor to join our housekeeping team. Floor Supervisor will be responsible for maintain guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises in general in a clean and orderly manner. Also coordinating daily housekeeping operations and maintaining the housekeeping operating standards.

• Supervise Room Attendants and coordinate daily room allocations and deep-cleaning schedules.
• Ensure guest rooms, corridors, and back-of-house areas meet established cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Inspect occupied and departure rooms and address special guest requests promptly.
• Handle guest queries and ensure timely resolution to achieve positive guest satisfaction.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant departments for prompt resolution.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Maintain lost and found procedures and protect guest privacy and property.
• Support training initiatives and foster teamwork and positive staff morale.

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or Housekeeping Operations.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in housekeeping operations, preferably in a 4-Star or 5-Star hotel environment.
