Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Diploma/level 6 in humanresource management/Diploma in personnel management or a related field from a recognized institution.
• A member of Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) and in good standing.
• Certificate in computer application skill.

Experience needed

• Three (3) years minimum Experience in the Human Resource Field or similar role.

Any other provided details (e.g., benefits, work environment, team info, or additional notes)

• Certified human resource professional (CHRP)will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) will be an added advantage.

• Successful candidates will be required to comply with Chapter 6 of the constitution on Leadership and Integrity.
• NB; All trainers must be Licensed by TVETA and any other necessary bodies
• All trainers must have a pedagogy qualification.
