The Human Resource Assistant will support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll support, and record management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure proper documentation, filing, and confidentiality of HR records.
  • Assist in addressing employee queries and promoting a positive workplace culture
  • Maintain and update employee databases (attendance, leave, personal files, etc.).
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Assist in collecting and verifying attendance, leave, and overtime data for payroll processing.
  • Support in administering employee benefits and responding to related queries.
  • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and screening candidate resumes.
  • High organize employee engagement programs, training sessions, and company events.

QUALIFICATION

  • Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or administration.
  • Degree \Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HMS or payroll software is an advantage.
